What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Leasing experience preferred, but not required
  • Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
  • Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Availability to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
  • Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits
  • Maintain accurate leasing and resident files
  • Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready
  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with marketing efforts both online and locally
  • Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
