What Clinical Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical specialties support and expertise in the areas of advice and consulting, research and patient care to internal business units and external customers.

Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of Cardinal Health products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.

Technical Account Management is responsible for onboarding and long-term technical account management of Cardinal Health products and services within the Commercial Technologies team

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer technology onboard of Cardinal Health products and services for new customers
• Perform workflow analysis of customer setting and apply those findings to configure software and hardware to best meet those needs
• Facilitate integrations between Customer 3rd party software and Cardinal Health products
• Provide training and support to the end-users
• To provide technical expertise on how our products function and interact
• Be the conduit for end-users for user feedback to help improve the commercial applications
• Build strong relationships with customers, helping them to get the most value from our products and services
• Travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $117,700-$168,100
