Job Description:
The Student Worker will support particular staff as assigned by:
1. Support particular staff as assigned (e.g., Program Coordinator, Program Manager)
2. Support communications to support programs
3. Assist with program documents, timelines, and record management system through editing, updating, and tracking training
4. Support data collection
5. Coordinating translation of materials into language(s) other than English, as needed
6. Organize and schedule meetings and events
7. Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
8. Ability to comply with university policies
9. Maintain regular and punctual attendance
10. Ability to work independently with some supervision
11. Possess reliable transportation due to office located downtown
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
