Reboot Staff is seeking a results-driven and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering strategic workforce solutions that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand each client's business objectives and develop tailored workforce strategies to meet those needs.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, operations, and compliance) to ensure service excellence.

  • Monitor performance metrics and regularly report outcomes to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and propose value-driven solutions.

  • Address concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client issues are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or staffing industry roles.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
