Do you want to shape how hundreds of thousands of people shop for healthy products online? We’re looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of our e-shop and newly developed mobile app—and push them to the next level. 🚀

➡️ What will you be working on?

• E-shop & mobile app functionality – you'll optimize and develop our platforms to ensure an easy and intuitive shopping experience.

• Prioritizing new features – deciding what improvements to focus on based on customer and stakeholder needs.

• Managing backlog and sprints – ensuring the development team has a clear roadmap and overseeing sprint execution.

• Collaborating with developers, UX team, CTO Oleg, and CEO Michal – bridging business goals with technical solutions.

• Data analysis & optimization – using HotJar, SmartLook, and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and drive effective improvements.

➡️ You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• E-commerce Product Owner experience – you understand key metrics like ROI, conversion rates, revenue, profit, and margins.

• A technical mindset – a background in frontend development or UX design is a plus.

• A data-driven approach – you base decisions on insights, not just gut feeling.

• Execution skills – you set priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure real progress.

• Great communication skills – you can collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and management while confidently pushing forward your ideas.
