Program Manager (m/f/d) - Humidifier

<p>Your roles and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>As Program Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the planning and managing of global humidifier product development programs in an international environment </li> <li>This includes overall responsibility for the successful execution of the programs to achieve the program objectives in terms of profitability, cost, quality and timing</li> <li>You will be responsible for ensuring product maturity including close liaison with the Center of Competence</li> <li>You will provide hands-on technical and commercial guidance and support to the teams as well as functional leadership to the project managers for the projects assigned under the program </li> <li>You will be responsible for setting targets for the projects included in the program in coordination with the program stakeholders </li> <li>You will be responsible for ensuring effective opportunity and risk management within the program, including the projects belonging to the program </li> <li>You will also be responsible for representing the program to customers in coordination with the other functions involved, such as sales, development and quality </li> <li>You will also be responsible for reporting on the program and presenting to management committees </li> </ul> <p>Your skills and strengths</p> <ul> <li>You have successfully completed a technical or business degree  </li> <li>You have several years of professional experience as a project manager in the management of complex product development projects in an international environment, ideally for customers in the automotive industry </li> <li>You also have sound project management experience in product development projects in the automotive industry, solid business management skills, solid knowledge of business administration and are ideally certified according to PMI or IPMA</li> <li>You have a high level of entrepreneurial skills with a focus on customer-oriented processes and solutions </li> <li>You are fluent in German and English and have excellent communication skills</li> <li>You are a strong team player with high social and intercultural competence</li> <li>Your ability to inspire, convince and motivate others, even outside the reporting line, sets you apart</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>    Do you have any questions?<br/>      <br/>    LISA.SIEBERT@MAHLE.COM  <br/>    +49 711 501-14718  <p> </p>
