Geotab is seeking a Senior Team Lead, Data Analytics who will be leading a technical team of data analysts and/or business analysts responsible for deriving meaningful insights from data and building analytical models to support organization's data-driven decision making and strategic goals. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!</span></p> <h1><span>What you'll do:</span></h1> <p><span>As a Senior Team Lead, Data Analytics your key area of responsibility will be managing team expectations, working arrangements and priorities and overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business objectives. </span><span>You will need to work closely with stakeholders throughout Geotab to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions as well as to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.</span></p> <p><span>To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to communicate insights effectively to support the organization's objectives. </span><span>In addition, the successful candidate will have a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills.</span></p> <h1><span>How you'll make an impact:</span></h1> <ul> <li> <p><span>Manage team expectations with regards to task assignments, work arrangements and priorities.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business objectives.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Geotab to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions as well as to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Ensure that key findings are communicated effectively to drive actionable insights.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Develop and implement data analysis processes, strategies and roadmap to ensure data quality and consistency.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in data analysis techniques.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Lead the Data Community of Practice to advance data maturity and data literacy across all functional areas in the company.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Ensure all functional areas have a dedicated data steward responsible for the ownership and risk of their data products.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Evaluate and select appropriate data analytics tools, platforms, and technologies.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Coordinate with product managers and technical project managers across the company to maintain a Data Product roadmap aligned with business objectives.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Ensure technical expertise is available within the team to provide expert project leadership and guidance to team members as needed.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports:</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.</
