The person will be part of Transmission Business Unit joining the HR team.
The person will cooperate with the team in the following tasks:
- Support the drafting of contractual documents (eg employment letters, secondment letters, extensions, contract renewals);
- Onboarding and hiring practices (use of the WorkDay platform and direct interface with the internal and external Payroll team);
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, with reference mainly to benefits and welfare;
- Support for the management of business traveler employees
- Ensure all company information is legally compliant
- Management of medical fitness certificates
- Support in the management of medical fitness for business traveler and office staff;
- Organize and maintain personal records
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Participate in HR projects
- Deal with different HR systems
Key Competences:
- 2/3 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency knowledge of English language
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Team work and communication skills
- Experience with SAP software
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws
Preferred Competences
- Previous experience in similar role
