Position Summary:
They are seeking a seasoned, mission-aligned Part-Time Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role will work approximately 10-12 hours/month. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across a range of roles—from program staff to leadership positions—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and commitment to our equity and inclusion values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, including executive and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and design inclusive hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent through active sourcing, community engagement, and partnerships.
• Manage applicant tracking and ensure timely, effective candidate communication.
• Serve as an ambassador of the organization’s mission and values in the talent marketplace.
• Provide interview training and guidance to hiring teams.
• Use data to monitor recruitment effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support employer branding, outreach campaigns, and workforce planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on a variety of corporate roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR).
• Experience working in a values-driven and collaborative environment.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for roles in fundraising, community programs, or nonprofit leadership.
• Familiarity with local and national nonprofit talent networks.

$38 - $45/hr
