Position Summary:
They are seeking a seasoned, mission-aligned Part-Time Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role will work approximately 10-12 hours/month. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across a range of roles—from program staff to leadership positions—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and commitment to our equity and inclusion values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, including executive and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and design inclusive hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent through active sourcing, community engagement, and partnerships.
- Manage applicant tracking and ensure timely, effective candidate communication.
- Serve as an ambassador of the organization’s mission and values in the talent marketplace.
- Provide interview training and guidance to hiring teams.
- Use data to monitor recruitment effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support employer branding, outreach campaigns, and workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on a variety of corporate roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR).
- Experience working in a values-driven and collaborative environment.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for roles in fundraising, community programs, or nonprofit leadership.
- Familiarity with local and national nonprofit talent networks.

Compensation:
$38 - $45/hr
