- Provide strategic leadership to site teams to drive process excellence and continuous improvement across both Through Air Dry (TAD) and Conventional Tissue value streams.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that maximize throughput, reduce downtime, and eliminate operational bottlenecks, delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Stay current on emerging Tissue Making and Converting technologies, evaluating and leveraging advancements to strengthen capability, efficiency, and competitive advantage across the business.
- Lead and sponsor change management and rapid improvement initiatives, partnering closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure disciplined execution and sustainable results.
- Collaborate with site and corporate leadership to define and deploy best‑in‑class operational practices, ensuring consistency and scalability across facilities.
- Establish and govern strong process standards and performance management systems to embed Operational Excellence and drive long‑term reliability.
- Coach, develop, and mentor teams to build deep TAD and LDC process expertise, strengthening technical capability, engagement, and leadership bench strength.
- Proven experience leading large, complex manufacturing operations
- Experience with Converting, Through‑Air‑Dry (TAD) and Conventional tissue production or similar advanced processes
- Strong expertise in change management and operational transformation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Advanced problem‑solving skills, including experience with Statistical Process Control, center lining, and standard work
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
- Solid project management skills, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in the relevant industry preferred
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies
