As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Monitoring in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and assist with security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a food and beverage distribution location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic, confirm delivery and pickup documentation as directed, and report irregularities involving access, restricted areas, or loading operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
