The General Manager of Strategic Business Engagement for the Game Content & Studios organization is seeking a Senior Regulatory Manager to drive regulatory and compliance requirements for our ever-changing Gaming industry. This role is pivotal in driving these critical strategies in gaming’s most iconic franchises.

Responsibilities
Regulatory Frameworks
- Translate complex legal frameworks into product requirements.
Game Development
- Assist Studio Leads and Game Developers with regulatory requirements.
- Field regulatory questions about games and act as a first line of defense.
- Explain compliance risks and establish best practices.
Regulatory Compliance
- Develop and implement compliance for child safety, privacy, and consumer protection.
- Ensure adherence to gaming regulations across jurisdictions.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
- Develop proactive solutions to maintain regulatory integrity.
Compliance Audits and Assessments
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and support growth.
Regulatory Inquiries and Compliance Mandates
- AU Online Safety Act (OSA):
- Focuses on online safety risk management with enforcement authority (eSafety).
- UK Online Safety Act (OSA):
- Includes user-to-user services, mandates risk assessments, and requires age verification.
- Digital Services Act (DSA) – EU:
- Enable user reporting, remove harmful content, and provide data on complaints.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience working with software developers to help make trade-offs across competing priorities.
- Program Management experience, managing multiple related tasks and projects while keeping stakeholders on track with their deliverables.
- 3+ years experience interpreting complex legal frameworks and translating for cross functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills who's comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing requirements.
- Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven practice of leadership and cross team collaboration.
