Description
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Coordinator to join our team at Biddeford Estates, our 89-bed assisted living facility. The Business Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining accurate and complete employee personnel records, managing resident trust accounts, resident census information, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Business Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for all facility residents and visitors
- Operate telephone system to manage incoming calls and receive and send mail
- Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel records
- Manage resident trust accounts, resident census information, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Perform a variety of clerical duties
- Assist the Administrator with daily functions

Pay range: $20-$22/hr.
Requirements
Business Office Coordinator Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping or similar experience required
- Must have knowledge of accounting practices and collection techniques
- Must be skilled in the use of computers, particularly the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Superior written and oral communication skills are required including the ability to deliver exceptional customer services
- Must be accurate, concise and detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families and at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with the elderly/disabled population preferred
