Job Summary: The Admissions Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the admissions process at Sanctuary Recovery Centers. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage the admissions team, develop strategic plans to attract and enroll clients, and ensure a smooth and supportive admissions experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions or healthcare administration and a passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and enroll prospective clients.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is complete.
• Manage and train the admissions team to ensure high-quality service and effective outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure alignment of admissions strategies with organizational goals.
• Conduct public speaking engagements and community outreach to promote Sanctuary Recovery Centers.
• Analyze admissions data to assess trends, develop reports, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with admissions software and data management systems.
• A passion for helping individuals in their recovery journey.
