We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Analytics to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This person will be responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and foster organizational effectiveness. Combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of human capital management, leveraging advanced analytics to shape policies, optimize talent strategies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with HR leadership to develop advanced analytics models that address key HR challenges such as turnover, engagement, workforce planning, and budgeting.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on HR metrics including headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
• Visualize complex data sets through dashboards and presentations, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems, such as our HRIS Ceridian Dayforce, and analytics processes, driving automation and efficiency.
• Monitor relevant HR trends and best practices, integrating external benchmarks to assess competitiveness and progress toward strategic goals.
• Champion a data-driven culture within HR, promoting the value of evidence-based decision-making.
• Train and mentor HR team members in analytics tools, methodologies, and data literacy.
• Ensure all HR analytics activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards for privacy and data protection.
• Support the organization’s commitment to ethical data use, maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.

Are You Qualified?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., SHRM, PHR, HR analytics certificates)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with HR systems (such as Dayforce/Ceridian, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), and analytics platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, and reporting requirements.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, macros, and formulas.
• Skill in data visualization and storytelling.
