JOB SUMMARY

• Assist clients with inquiries in a compassionate, timely, and professional manner 
• Meet customer service objectives to ensure positive business growth and development
• Promote cohesive team-driven environment
• Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy

JOB DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Social Science or equivalent preferred but not required
• Prior Medical Billing, Insurance Billing and/or Contact Center experience preferred
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening
• Bilingual in any of the following languages is a plus; Spanish, Russian, Khmer, Mandarin, Laotian, Vietnamese, Somali, Korean.  You must be able to display the ability to fluently read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish (or any of the following, Russian, Khmer, Mandarin, Laotian, Vietnamese, Somali, Korean).
