Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Process all transactions related to the office's financial activities, including purchasing, payables and reimbursements.
- Exercise resource stewardship to ensure compliance with related policies and procedures. Reinforce policy and proper procedures to department contacts. Respond to requests for information or services from faculty, staff and students.
- Manage accounts and financial data necessary for reporting.
- Serve as primary contact to outside vendors and remain current to all University financial policies.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- HS Degree with 5-7 years
