This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Lead holistic web strategy: Establish a forward-looking roadmap for the website that aligns with company objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Act as the brand advocate for the site, ensuring that all assets and content provide a consistent story about the HoneyBook brand.
  • Project manage and prioritize site updates: Maintain an organized plan for site updates and execution with the ability to re-prioritize and pivot as needed.
  • Oversee optimization and testing: Develop our A/B testing guidelines and work with developers to plan our testing strategy in alignment with the website roadmap.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Accept new requests from cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute for GTM initiatives, marketing campaigns, SEO, and more.
  • Maintain close partnership with site stakeholders: Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Dev, and Marketing Leads to drive new initiatives forward and communicate progress.
  • Analyze and measure performance: Develop a reporting cadence to share company-wide site updates and leverage data to make strategic decisions.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Strong collaborator: You can partner across teams to ensure everyone is working in alignment and has the information they need to move projects forward.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You have a strong history of managing complex projects and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Data-driven: You can consistently assess website performance and use data to make informed decisions about updates or new initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset: You can connect tactics to broader company objectives and maintain a goals-oriented view of the site.
  • Technical proficiency: You can coordinate directly with dev and engineering teams to move forward technical tasks and help identify solutions to development roadblocks or challenges.
  • Proactive ownership: You can develop new ideas and demonstrate the desire to continuously improve without prompting.

Here is what we need:
