EquipmentShare is searching for a Treasury Operations Analyst for our Corporate Headquarters located in Columbia, MO. This individual will report directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. This individual is responsible for working on all treasury functions including bank accounts, vendors/lenders and acquisitions. You will interact with internal and external customers and vendors. This position will have exposure to leaders and have the ability to gain experience and knowledge of growing companies including EquipmentShare.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting treasury functions under the supervision of the Treasury
Operations Manager - Support the onboarding of services for acquisitions (includes understanding the A/R & A/P
functions of the company, setting up bank accounts, working with vendors which includes filling
out credit applications and inputting them into our accounting system) - Precise and timely set up of ACH vendors with Capital One that may require verbal
confirmation of banking information - Approve Posipay exceptions, ACH exceptions and Block & Filters for Corporate Bank accounts
- Research payment postings on various Corporate Bank accounts as needed
- Review all Corporate bank accounts on a semi-annual basis and give recommendation if any
should be reviewed for closure - Communication with other departments along with outside individuals will be required
- Support special Treasury projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience preferred or Internship experience in Accounting, Finance or Banking
- Knowledge and experience with Excel is required
