Ready to Power Up Your Summer? Spend your summer at LG Electronics, where innovation meets imagination! Program Overview- Role: Undergraduate 2026 LG Summer Intern – HR Compensation Team
- Duration: 9-week program (June 1st – July 31st)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (Onsite)
- Location: LG North America Innovation Campus (HQ), Englewood Cliffs, NJ
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour
- Hands-on learning and mentorship from industry experts.
- Individual strategic project with a final presentation.
- Networking opportunities with ambitious students and tech leaders.
- Exposure to everything from smart devices to sustainable solutions.
- Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the Job Requisition and Job Library Project utilizing Power Apps.
- Automation: Build, test, and optimize automated workflows for the job requisition process using Power Automate.
- Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to track project metrics and job library data.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the project team to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
- Data Management: Support data migration, data cleansing, and system integration tasks to ensure accurate job requisition workflows.
- Reporting: Participate in regular project meetings and provide consistent progress updates to project leadership.
- Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot technical issues, debug system errors, and optimize application performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides for the newly developed systems.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, majoring in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Power Platform Experience: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of software development lifecy
