Chinese Bilingual Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist | ZR_27290_JOB

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 24 hours per week 
  

• Monday to Saturday 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm 
  

Client Timezone: PST (California)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to prospects using provided lead lists
  

• Generate a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per week
  

• Provide daily reports on call activity including number of calls made, contacts reached, and results achieved
  

• Immediately notify management of high-potential leads discovered during calls
  

• Follow established scripts and processes for consistent messaging
  

• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate prospecting and cold calling (no training will be provided)
  

• Minimal accent with clear English communication skills
  

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday
  

• Bilingual English/Chinese speaking ability is a plus but not required
  

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  

• Comfortable with phone-based sales activities
