Job Description:

USC Athletics is looking to hire an Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals.  This role is primarily responsible for selling tickets for football, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, soccer, and baseball.  This individual will conduct research, develop lead lists, and work at a number of different sporting events.  Account Executives will be provided with some leads, but are also responsible for seeking new business through web research, client referrals, cold calling, etc.

Reporting directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Ticket Sales and Service, the Account Executive will work in collaboration with marketing, development, game operations and management, and team personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience and training in Paciolan and Salesforce, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other basic computer usage. Familiarity with basic tenets of sales and customer service (sports industry-specific) is a plus. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred.
