Sr. Product Support Specialist

Primary Purpose
Leads execution of complex customer and product changes and serves as a subject-matter expert for Customer Change Management (CCM), master data, labeling, and visual decoration. Provides execution leadership, mentors Product Support Specialists, and partners with cross-functional teams and manufacturing plants to reduce risk and ensure consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of complex or high-risk CCM changes
- Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks related to timing, data accuracy, and plant readiness
- Lead creation, validation, and correction of complex BOM structures
- Serve as escalation point for master data, labeling, and execution defects
- Own accuracy and completeness of Visual Decoration Slides (VDS) for assigned portfolios
- Partner with Graphic Arts and plants on complex labeling and decoration changes
- Act as a trusted execution partner to manufacturing sites
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to align feasibility and execution constraints
- Mentor Product Support Specialists and share best practices
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in product support, operations, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of CCM execution, master data, BOMs, labeling, and VDS
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence without formal authority
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
