Job Summary
As People Experience Officer (HR administration Officer & Payroll support), you are based in Deventer in the Netherlands. You will focus on supporting our team of 50 associates (employees) in the Netherlands, but will also support the broader Terumo Europe organisation.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure expertise in operational HR domains and to support the HR Manager and HR Business Partners in duties of a highly confidential nature. You act as SPOC for the associates in all HR administration/system related matters, and is as such knowledgable about Dutch legislation.
All country-specific questions regarding labour law, payroll and other HR-related topics will be answered by the People Experience Officer. This position can be a full time (40h) or part-time (32h) position, in a Hybrid setup (3 days office- 1 or 2 days from home)
Job Responsibilities
As People Experience Officer you will cooperate and support HR in providing correct and timely administration in following HR processes:
You take care of document creation: labour contracts and other HR-related documents.
You ensure a correct onboarding of new associates in our HR systems and provide local training to the new employee concerning the HR procedures and the payroll.
You process the payroll and collaborate with the payroll partner on payroll-related topics.
You will also be responsible to guarantee data quality, by entering and maintaining all employee information in the HRIS tools.
In addition, you manage the time & attendance system: adding new employees, managing holiday entitlements, creating new daily schedules, etc.
Furthermore, you follow-up of the administration regarding illness.
Provide necessary reporting to Finance and calculate monthly provisions.
Approving invoices, vendor creation, creation and follow up of purchase orders/good receipts in SAP.
You take care of administration related to benefits (insurances, pension, etc.).
Finally, you Follow-up parental- and birth leave.
Profile Description
You have a bachelor’s degree or equal by experience, with experience in a working within a multinational.
You are oral and written fluent in Dutch and English. If you speak other European languages (such as German, Polish or Spanish), this can be seen as an asset.
You have at least basic knowledge of Dutch social legislation - more advanced knowledge and/or payroll experience is an asset.
You are a born multitasker, and you can easily deal with new systems.
You're a born team player and are happy to collaborate with your team members.
You like being a contact person for the whole company - consequently you are service minded and like to help our associates.
