You are the key<strong> advocate for our end users</strong> within your area, continuously seeking to<strong> solve their real-life problems</strong> in the best possible way. Together with product and tech, you are responsible for delivering industry-leading designs that align with the work being done across multiple teams. This means that you need to <strong>be proficient in the full range of product design tools and techniques</strong>, collaborative by nature and curious to understand how the industry we live within actually works. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Where you will be doing this</strong> <br/>You will <strong>be based in Oslo</strong>, but we have the flexibility for you to work from anywhere when needed. Nestle in one of our cabins by ski centers like Gaustablikk, Hafjell or Hemsedal, relax on a balcony with an ocean view or even visit family and friends around the world (and make sure to take some days off to spend quality time with them) while carrying out your work. While we encourage flexibility in your preferred work style, it is important to harmonize &amp; integrate that with the needs of your team and colleagues while maintaining your base in Oslo. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we have worked on and where we are going</strong> <br/>We have set a product vision for the future and defined a one-product strategy for Aize. We are now moving into the <strong>execution phase</strong> and are in need of more doers who want to challenge themselves as well as us as a product company. </p><p>As an organization, we’re constantly evolving which means that a lot of opportunities will appear as we move forward.
