ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, servers are the face of the restaurant. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience at the table, including greetings, menu sales, table maintenance, overall guest satisfaction and happiness, fond farewells and maintain a general command of the food and beverage menu. By providing high-quality service to each of our guests, servers help the restaurant maintain and attract customers.

Rate: $16.50 - Tip Credit ($5.50)

Essential Duties:

• Must have the ability to carry large trays of drinks and food and organize multiple orders.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Specific Requirements of this role:

• Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of work area/assigned station and the establishment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations, cleaning/clearing tables and checking tables before, during and while service is provided.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Retain and maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.
• Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience, hotel level food serving preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
