Position Summary: The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures programs support the organization’s strategic objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Position Duties: -Develop and manage competitive compensation plans including salary structures, incentive programs and salary benchmarking through job evaluations and market analyses
-Oversee the employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs and other perks
-Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
-Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs
-Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Compensation and/or Benefits-related position is required. Knowledge of a HRIS system with compensation, benefits, and payroll modules is necessary. Organizational, communication, and time management skills are critical.
