We are looking for:
 

• Individual accountability for site HSE, Quality, Productivity, and Manufacturing Excellence objectives
• Assist the planner to develop, communicate and maintain a workable weekly schedule according to work requirements provided by operations and maintenance resource availability
• Work with production employees, engineers, maintenance employees, contractors and vendors to execute effective, precision mechanical work
• Direct and lead Syensqo mechanics and embedded mechanical contractors on a full-time basis
• Actively engage in the area improvement teams to drive achievement of department objectives and continuous improvement initiatives and lead selected plan objectives

 

We count on you for:
 

• Execute weekly work schedule using assigned resources
• Facilitate completion of unplanned, emergency, and break-in work by coordinating resources, parts, and shipping/logistics as necessary
• Report daily mechanical maintenance progress and demonstrate personal accountability for completion of all planned work
• Increase the aptitude and capability of mechanical craftsman through training and ensuring we have the right tools to perform quality, precision work
• Assist the Mechanical Planner as needed to create job plans including task lists and required components/tools for routine or shutdown maintenance work
• Participate in the development of the work process improvement objectives and area improvement team goals
• Coordinate with vendors to manage field-service visits and inspections as needed (e.g. boilers, chillers, water quality, etc.)
• Ensure the completion of all scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders on the weekly schedule; coordinate with the Reliability Engineer to adjust PM plans as needed

 

You will bring:
 

• ​​​​​​Post-secondary education or Trade certification (Millwright, Pipefitter, E&I)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a maintenance supervision or specialist role
• Experience and confidence using and navigating SAP
• Excellent communication and skills and detail oriented
• Demonstrated planning and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must have ability to lead and motivate teams
• Passion for Excellence
• Must act in a professional manner and lead by example
• Must abide by safety, quality and all other site policies and procedures

 

You will get:

 

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $91,000.00 to $113,000.00. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives
