Pharmacy Technician (Full Time, Days)

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.  Successful completion or enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training course is preferred. 

Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed or obtain licensure (as required by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy) as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Indiana and provide a copy of this licensure prior to the first day on the job.  Must be current in BLS/CPR.  

Experience: Experience is preferred.

Mental/Physical Effort: Must be able to effectively communicate with physicians, nurses, hospital personnel and patients as necessary. Must exercise good communication skills at all times. Must be able to manage multiple projects. Must be able to re‑prioritize work according to changing demands. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and to do considerable amounts of walking, if necessary. Must also be able to perform light lifting.
