About the Position:
We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Customer Representative Associate II in the Driver License Services – Medical Review Unit. As a Customer Representative Associate II, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing driver medical documentation, including CR-24 forms, driver medical evaluation forms, and MVE-103 eye forms, ensuring all forms are completed before scanning. The role involves coordinating approved customer services, requesting missing documents, scheduling medical exams, and managing driver license suspensions and cancellations in compliance with regulations. Additional duties include entering test results, updating driving credentials, providing customer service by answering questions, and matching paperwork with existing files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently while ensuring compliance with all necessary guidelines.
There is also an opportunity for a flexible schedule following initial probation of 7:30a-4:00p or 7:30a-4:30p.
