Customer Success Assoc

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for dedicated bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professionals to assist our clients with questions about their membership accounts and our services. If you are a focused individual willing to provide the highest quality customer service experience to our customers, this opportunity is for you.

A day in your life might include…

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers
• Assist customers with membership upgrades, downgrades and cancellations
• Review call/email logs for verification of requests
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• Customer Service acumen
• At least 6 months of professional customer service experience
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel)
