As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Your work may include analysing business data, developing strategies, supporting management teams, collaborating across teams, optimising tools and technology, improving organisational performance, monitoring compliance, and/or managing change.

The Opportunity

As part of the Sector Operations team you will support healthcare consulting solutions to PwC clients. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with client stakeholders, manage multiple project deliverables, and gain valuable insights into the US healthcare system, particularly in pharmacy benefits and health insurance.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of healthcare consulting solutions for clients

- Engage in client interactions to enhance understanding of their needs

- Support project management by tracking deliverables and timelines

- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and reports

- Foster relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Management, Management Information Systems, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Health Administration, Public Health, Engineering preferred

- Agile or other project management certifications preferred

- Demonstrating knowledge of the US healthcare system

- Working with health payers and insurance companies

- Configuring and implementing SaaS platform solutions

- Managing multiple project deliverables and timelines

- Identifying and resolving issues proactively

- Leading initiatives within cross-functional teams

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit strategies
