R&D Senior Formulation Scientist

<p>At Demo SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, we are currently looking for a high-performing R&amp;D Senior Formulation Scientist to join our team. The position is based at Kryoneri (Athens).</p><p></p><ul> <li>Perform literature and patent review.</li> <li>Design, plan and execute experiments from pre-formulation to scale-up.</li> <li>Analyze data and perform statistical evaluation of the results.</li> <li>Oversee the day-to-day laboratory routine of formulation scientists and ensure the smooth and safe operation of the laboratory, in accordance with the principles of GLP.</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of the manufacturing documents and validation protocols and oversee the production of pilot batches.</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of the relevant scientific reports required for the submission process.</li> <li>Provide scientific support during the registration process.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, with MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology or relevant field.</li> <li>At least 4 years work experience of which 2 in a similar role. </li> <li> Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Fluent in Greek &amp; English.</li> </ul> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>The Company offers competitive remuneration, continuous learning, development opportunities, and a friendly and challenging working environment.</p>
