Avesta Housing is seeking a Resident Services Director to work at our assisted living facility, Inn at Village Square. The role of the Resident Services Director is to provide and ensure high quality care to the residents of the facility that is consistent with procedures outlined by Health Services and the mission of Avesta. Duties include providing supervision, assignments, and guidance to the nursing staff of the Inn at Village Square, as well as coordinating the health services needs of residents and the development and implementation of the resident assessment, documentation and service plan. Avesta Housing's Inn at Village Square is an assisted living facility for older adults who find it difficult to continue to live without assistance but who would like to continue to enjoy their independence in the comfort of a safe, secure, and friendly environment. Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited college or program. An alternative of progressively responsible leadership experience in the health or human services field may be accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.

This is a full-time, exempt position that pays $71,000 - $88,000 annually.
