Job Description

• Excited to sell a full omnichannel solution and help to expand Wix’s footprint as the preferred solutions provider in the Point of Sale space
• Evangelize business owners to bring Wix to their brick and mortar business, which includes closing new business deals
• Help business owners by providing consultation around POS solutions and the best strategies for companies bridging the gap between their online and offline businesses
• Quickly and confidently maneuver clients through our new client flow from start to finish
• Work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
• Be a part of Wix’s expansion into the offline space, playing a pivotal role in the success of millions of businesses globally

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the Point of Sale or eCommerce space
• Experience working with CRMs and other sales software
• Have had a successful track record in meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs
• Empathetic to the challenges of small business owners and are excited by the prospect of empowering them to succeed with powerful, innovative tool sets
• Excellent project management, organizational skills to help guide customers through a process from start to finish
• Confidence in leveraging your objection handling skills to turn a ‘no’ into ‘yes’
• You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing

Wix’s Point of Sale team. We’re responsible for the solution that brings on-premise technology to businesses at scale. Wix provides a complete omnichannel solution, including hardware, payment processing, and a management platform that allows brick-and-mortar businesses to unify and manage their online and in-person sales in a single solution.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

Approximate annual base compensation $60,000 - $65,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
