IT Project Manager | California OSHA

Endeavor Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead projects for the California OSHA. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to OSHA requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create project plans, track progress, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and subject matter experts
• Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience managing at least 1 large-scale IT project for a government agency
• Experience with OSHA or a comparable State system or a comparable private sector technology transformation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Preferred Experience
• Experience with the State of California PAL process.
• Experience managing at least one (1) project with data cleansing and conversation.
• Experience managing at least one (1) project with data lake.
• PMP certification is a plus
