Primary Purpose: The Co-Pack Production Associate is responsible for operating and maintaining the co-packing production line, ensuring accurate and efficient product handling. This role is essential for meeting production goals and maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Functions:

1. Report directly to the Repack and Co-Pack Production Supervisor.
2. Operate the co-packing production line, ensuring correct sell-by dates are printed on products.
3. Pack products into cartons, trays, and pallets according to established procedures.
4. Receive, store, and replenish stock of raw materials and finished goods.
5. Pick and stage orders for shipment.
6. Provide backup support to the repack department as needed.
7. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Demonstrate strong mathematical skills for inventory management and order processing.
9. Responsible for adhering to strict food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Additional Functions:

1. Learn and utilize all office policies and procedures.
2. Comply with all safety and security regulations and procedures.
3. Other related duties as assigned.
