Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools.  Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers globally.

Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly workload according to capacity and machinery capabilities while assisting in expediting priority orders.
• Track orders to ensure schedule is being followed.
• Adjust workload as needed.
• Coordinate with production team to track orders and help maintain a 95%, or better, O.T.D. (on-time delivery)
• Help communicate with commercial team on status of orders.
• Help communicate with all departments in production from order print to order ship.
• Assist in tagging material for outbound shipments.
• Assist in final out the door quality checks.
• Distribute sales order to the shop floor and maintain traceability of paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and fun work environment.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures found in the Employee Handbook.
• Assist the Operations Manager with any projects they may assign.
• Assist the Production Supervisors with any projects they may assign.
• Assist the production team in resolving issues with orders.

• Previous experience working in warehouse environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Self-motivated, able to work on projects alone.
• Good computer and document processing skills.
• Good diplomacy and people skills.
