The Credit & Collections Lead Analyst will work with Accruent team members and customers with the goal of protecting our assets and liquidity through profitable sales growth. This position is accountable for assisting the Global Collections Manager in credit and collections processes, including the consistent application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers and the assessment of the credit worthiness of potential customers, with the goal of promoting sales and earnings growth and limiting bad debt losses.

This position reports to the Global Collections Manager and will be a remote position.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Assist in Credit line administration ~ Evaluating the credit lines of current and potential new customers.
  • Assist in Administration and improvements of credit scoring models.
  • Using Credit lines to optimize Revenue, while reducing exposure and bad debt.
  • Collaborate with Cross functional partners to improve existing operations and improve future process.
  • Liaise w/collections teams, leadership, and sales teams on best approach(es) to problem accounts and resolution.
  • Administer daily visual management practices to assist Global Collections Manager maximize cash flow
  • Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience of Credit and Collections experience.
  • Experience with credit analysis and key financial ratios.
  • Strong digital literacy, including high proficiency with Excel and strong solid understanding of other Microsoft Applications
  • Meet external and internal deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills & Detail orientated.
  • Ability to operate and address stressful situations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite and/or Dun & Bradstreet Credit Reporting is preferred

Please Note:

  • This job may require occasional travel (1 – 2 times per year)
  • This is a full-time, exempt position.
  • Relocation will not be considered for this position.
  • Currently, visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range for this position is $47,600 - $88,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
