Press Operator Level 1- 2nd shift

Position Purpose:
Responsible for entry level press operations
Hourly Pay Range: $16.75 - $19.75
Essential Functions:
- Maintain Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace
- Operate Shave Press
- Form Press, and Resistance Welder
- Stack Coined Tables from Rovetta 1
- Operate Coin Press (Rovetta 2)
- Uses Go / No Go Gauges Rework parts
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to use measuring equipment
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to work well with others
Physical Demands:
- Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs.
- Must be able to lift 5 lbs. minimum up to 25lbs
- Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively
- Ability to work in tight places
- Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills
- Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
- Environmental Conditions
- Ear, Eye and Foot protection is always required in production areas
- Exposure to a noisy work environment
- Exposure to hot and humid conditions
- Exposure to coolants, oils, grease and water
- Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards are always required
