Job Description

Wilshire is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to act as a contributing member of the Investment Solutions Team. This role will be a key member of the Client Service team, managing multiple projects concurrently, liaising with clients, working in a team environment, but also independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Work with senior and junior members of the team to manage existing European Private Markets client base
• Communicate with clients regarding investments and pacing studies, pipeline
• Contribute towards preparation of client and prospect presentations
• Proactively take time to familiarize self and understand investment research in order to discuss effectively and clearly with clients
• Update marketing materials, portfolio overviews, investment pacing studies, and cash flow models
• Collaborate with other teams to obtain relevant inputs (Operations, Compliance, etc.)
• Assist with general database management
• Mine external databases (Preqin, Pitchbook) to generate potential leads
• Prepare and aggregate prospect lists
• Support team with RFP processes
• Support team with automating and optimizing workflow in Sales & Clients team
• Support team with other day-to-day activities within the global sales and client efforts
• Occasionally support investment team as needed

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of client relationship experience 
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Excellent analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• High level of commitment to continuous professional development
• Previous experience with Salesforce
