Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Principal Government Accounting Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Analyst.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage all avenues for ensuring compliance with US Federal Government contracting regulations, including but not limited to FAR, DFAR’s and CAS
Generate the Annual Incurred Cost Submission
Generate GDM Cost Impact proposals as needed for cost accounting practice changes
Participate in preparation and review of Forward Price Rate Proposal (FPRP)
CAS Disclosure Statement Maintenance
Provide audit support of Incurred Cost Submission, GDM, Forward Pricing and Disclosure
Monitor indirect rates and provide monitoring results to DCMA
Participate in contract closeout process through generation of Cumulative Allowable Cost Worksheets (CACWS)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or finance with 5+ years of hands-on related experience in Government Contracting, or additional four years of experience in lieu of degree
Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel
MS Access experience is desired
Advanced knowledge of indirect pools and rate application
Extensive knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
Detail oriented with good organizational skills and capability of multi-tasking
Excellent people skills, with experience managing and collaborating in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
