About the Role:
We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide individualized in-home care for children throughout Robstown. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll help children achieve mobility, strength, and functional milestones in a safe, supportive setting.
Scheduling Options:
- PRN: Fewer than 12 visits/week
- Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver goal-oriented therapy sessions under the supervision of the PT.
- Assist in executing individualized treatment plans focused on developmental needs.
- Communicate effectively with families and provide instruction for at-home activities.
- Monitor progress, document sessions accurately, and report to the supervising PT.
- Ensure all care provided aligns with current clinical and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
