This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help scale a SaaS & Fintech business from the inside out. We’re looking for a sharp, thoughtful, and experienced individual who can challenge ideas, shape strategy, and help drive meaningful business outcomes across the organization.  

You'll act as a thought partner to the Fintech leadership — bringing analytical firepower, clear storytelling, and strategic insight to guide the journey as we grow our Fintech business. 

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:  

• Report into the Director of Strategic Finance for Fintech—contributing to high-impact initiatives, decision-making frameworks, and executive deliverables
• Act as a partner to the Fintech leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making with data-backed insights to explore various growth initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve unit economics, and unlock cost efficiencies across the Fintech business—using data, curiosity, and commercial intuition to challenge the status quo
• Help define and track KPIs that matter for Fintech and own and evolve financial models and dashboards
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and commercial modelling
• Help build and evolve our financial planning & analysis (FP&A) systems to scale with the business

🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: 

• Strong commercial acumen and experience with Fintech business models (payments, lending, embedded finance)
• 3-5 years experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Consulting or Banking —ideally with at least 1-2 years in Fintech / Payments
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Commercial)
• Excellent communication skills; you can explain the “why” behind the numbers with clarity and confidence.
• Exposure to data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar)—or a strong desire to learn
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential—you should feel right at home working in spreadsheets and presenting clear, data-backed narratives
• Experience that demonstrates your ownership of core financial processes and deliverables
• Comfort with ambiguity, change, and building from scratch - ideally from a venture-backed tech company, scale up or startup
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience supporting strategic planning, financial modelling, forecasting, and business partnering
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow—ready to accelerate your career in a high-growth environment
