Job Description

The industry and Automation Practice at Nagarro is responsible for working with a wide set of industrial clients to create digital solutions for them that create measurable business outcomes. We develop Industry 4.0-focused solutions that traverse technologies such as Industrial IoT, Cloud, Reality Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, SAP S/4 Hana, Salesforce, Custom Applications, and many more.

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or consulting within the following domains: manufacturing, industrial automation, light engineering industry, heavy engineering, food & beverages, consumer goods, and construction.
• Demonstrated experience working for a sales team or in a business growth-focused role to create new business opportunities.
• Experience in enabling proof of concepts and pilot projects for digital solutions, to demonstrate the return on investment on client business goals.
• Ability to create an understanding of customer business and customer value chain to identify the AS-IS process and digital gaps and thereafter create a TO-BE process.
• Should have good experience in creating responses to customer requests for information and proposals.

Qualifications

The successful candidate is likely to also demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or Management.
• Experience in working with clients on projects incorporating one or more of the following technologies: Data Science, Data Analytics, Industrial IoT, Cloud, Mobile, and Enterprise software.
• Experience in creating digital products/software / digital platforms, preferably using agile practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and be able to offer self-consulting time to open new business opportunities.
