Job Description

► Leading of group members

► Supporting recruitment and selection processes.  Participation in job interviews, making suggestions on the selection of suitable candidates and supporting the offer process. Responsible for organising the onboarding and training activities of new hires.

► Ensuring compliance with the group's development and business processes, including legal, financial and operational requirements. Coordinating the introduction of new development processes.

► Holding employee assessment discussions based on department objectives.

► Associate development, identifying and supporting the development of employees with potential.

► Competence management: defining, planning and implementing the training needs of group members and systematically follow up on it.

► Supporting business planning.

► Budget monitoring, defining corrective actions in case of deviations.

► Other tasks set by the employer.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

► Economic or technical degree

► Profound working experience in logistics, engineering or any commercial/technical field

►Proven track of people management experience

►Strong stakeholder management

►Motivation, self-driven, target and result orientation.

►Strong future, process and quality orientation, entrepreneur mindset

►Self-initiative, assertiveness

►Creative and solution-driven

►Strong communication skills in Hungarian AND English and/or German
