Job Description:
The Program Manager drives strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities and workstreams, focusing on DTN’s Agriculture Sustainability product commercialization and adoption. This is accomplished by driving the overall progress, quality, risk and dependencies across projects within the program; ensuring program outcomes are aligned with company strategy and business objectives; communicating expectations; prioritizing and managing stakeholders.
What you will be responsible for:
- Driving the execution of program, ensuring strategic and business objectives are met, across Product and Commercial teams.
- Working together with Commercial and Product leaders to align roadmap to commercial opportunities, managing the overall scope, quality and risk of the program, resolving issues and mitigating risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing and other teams to define the overarching GTM approach for the program.
- Monitoring progress against the overall GTM plan for the program. Analyzing the effectiveness of the program's GTM strategy based on defined KPIs.
- Actively supporting Customer Experience colleagues to effectively roll out products and assist with training & support plans for adoption and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining and prioritizing list of issues affecting product launch and adoption and pro-actively assuring their resolution through appropriate parties across Commercial, Product, Engineering and other key business function leaders.
- Managing project dependencies and resource conflicts across projects; coordinate sub-projects/tasks among internal resources and vendors where applicable.
- Creating project reporting (e.g., status updates, reviews) and delivering executive level presentations indicating progress reports.
- Performing program risk assessment and assisting in evaluating and identifying controls for the risks. Maintaining and closely monitoring the program risk management plan.
What you will bring to the role:
- Extensive knowledge of the agricultural data and software industry, with a focus on sustainability is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management for both individual projects and broader programs.
- Expertise in managing senior stakeholders, overseeing financials and budgets, and formulating strategic plans.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and software development methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale initiatives within cross-functional teams.
- Comprehension of the dynamics between Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members, coupled with a robust understanding of design thinking.
- Excellent communication abilities, including the skill to articulate and refine design to maximize value for users and the business, and to facilitate ideation sessions and workshops.
- Competence in collaborative environments, particularly in transforming abstract concepts into tangible business outcomes.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with stringent deadlines.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $142,500 and $190,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time.
