About the role

As an all-round marketeer, you are part of the HSO International sales & marketing team, a group of highly motivated, experienced, and self-sufficient professionals that are determined to grow the business HSO International. It is your responsibility to execute the strategy as defined in the marketing plan by building and executing marketing campaigns. On one side, these marketing campaigns are supposed to increase brand awareness of HSO International among the various target audiences, positioning us as a thought leader and proven expert of global IT Programs. On the other side, marketing campaigns should generate leads, to build a pipeline for the sales team. You will also be supporting HR and Operations to execute the defined employer branding strategy. Finally, you will report back on campaign progress against plan.

Requirements

You are

• A driven marketing professional that is eager to execute marketing campaigns generating Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads to ultimately drive the pipeline.
• A team player that has experience in cooperating both with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies.
• Somebody with a can-do mentality that takes ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities assigned.
• Proficient in building, maintaining, and developing target accounts using a CRM system.
• Fluent in English given you will be working with people from all over the world.

You have

• A bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing or Business Development.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Serious end-to-end experience with running B2B marketing campaigns.
• A developed skillset when it comes to Account Based Marketing.
• Experience with Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dynamics 365 and/or comparable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing and Sales team and other key stakeholders to execute the marketing plan, targeting specific markets with clearly defined objectives.
• Develop and execute lead generation marketing campaigns to hit the targets as agreed upon in the marketing plan.
• Produce marketing content and assets in a consistent language that speaks to defined buying personas in an appealing tone of voice.
• Invent, organise, and run a variety of physical events, and exhibitions, either independently or in close cooperation with internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with a variety of external stakeholders including customers, Microsoft, and other partners.
• Use Dynamics 365 Marketing & Sales to register, maintain and follow up on accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities.
• Build, maintain and enrich extensive profiles of target accounts
• Track and report the results of marketing campaigns, programs, and other activities.
