Job Description

Location: NY or any other unanticipated worksites/locations throughout the US

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Create a detailed Master Schedule for numerous capital improvement projects that include timelines, required resources, the sequence in which tasks must be completed, and the responsibilities of individual workers on the project.
  2. Develop and monitor construction project plans and schedules so that each improvement project is executed efficiently.
  3. Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
  4. Assess risks to and impact on the Master Schedule.
  5. Monitor schedule deviations and variances to assist in the development of corrective action to keep work on schedule.
  6. Develop, progress and forecast all phases of the project schedule using the most current life science industry practices.
  7. Develop and implement the systems, processes, and procedures to execute and maintain best practices in project controls planning.
  8. Collaborate with all stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts(SME) to improve company processes, systems to promote life science industry learning and continuous improvement.
  9. Develop processes to determine priorities for execution of the projects within the global portfolio.
  10. Direct management of onsite team members.
  11. Manage, maintain, and service Clients. Responsible for client relationship.
  12. Advise on portfolio and project strategies Maintain proper staffing, negotiate roles and rates.
  13. Perform all of the foregoing in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Planning.

  1. Creating a detailed Master Schedule for numerous capital improvement projects that include timelines, required resources, the sequence in which tasks must be completed, and the responsibilities of individual workers on the project;
  2. Developing and monitoring construction project plans and schedules so that each improvement project is executed efficiently;
  3. Preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams;
  4. Assessing risks to and impact on the Master Schedule;
  5. Monitoring schedule deviations and variances to assist in the development of corrective action to keep work on schedule.
  6. Performing all of the foregoing in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Planning.

SALARY RANGE: $125,445 to $180,000/year

JOB TIME:   Full Time

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
