Job Description

Location: Open to all of Texas

In the customer solution group (CSG) you will be responsible for the following tasks and topics:

• You will build solution construct and develop the asset management function for entire Digital Twin - Integrated Asset Performance Management (IAPM) offering for energy and industrial infrastructure.
• You are responsible to coordinate & plan activities for assessment of assets at site, on-site technical discussions, holding conversation with different stakeholder & create repository of contents from solutioning stage to customer approval.
• You will work with CSGs to create business case & contribute to create high-level solution map, statement of work, scoping, assumptions covering discounted cashflows connected with asset decisions from customer point of view.
• You will bring in the practical knowledge on asset investment criterion & perform cost benefit analysis providing insights on how stitching value proposal for customers on “Reliability Centric Maintenance” & “Total Productive Maintenance” to achieve desired business outcome.
• You will enable the SES (Solution Ecosystem) team with your expert insights as single point of contact  for Asset management Information System topics.
• Utilize your domain and technical expertise on asset life cycle costing & equipment replacement decisions to understand client business objectives and translate them to CSG to build the techno commercial narrative.
• Ensure availability, reliability & maintainability of studied assets and structure approaches for the sales and engineering teams
• Based on ISO55000 you will define and provide consistent feedback on bringing in the technology and product upgrades to the SES group.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Education: BS in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanical fields.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with research related to air/fluid simulation analytics, Industry 4.0, Industrial asset reliability, signal processing & sensorization, industrial processes & automation
• Know-how: Proven history of Industrial IoT construct with Hands-on exposure to software packages such as OPC-UA, OSISoft, PI Historian, Asset optimization packages, SAP PdMS (PAI) and other Digital Asset Performance packages. 
• Work practice: Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Language: Very good hold on English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master's in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanical fields.
• Experience: Exposure to cloud (Azure & AWS)
• Know-how: Practical knowledge on working with ontologies, Asset Administration Shell, ALM, CMS, RCFA would be a plus. Practical Exposure to ISO55000 or PAS 55 with CAT I, II or III certification in vibration analysis would be preferred.
• Enthusiasm: You have a pioneering spirit and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
• Personality: You have a high sense of responsibility, are reliable and a team player. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality.
